If accessing on behalf of a corporation or entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Engagements & Master Services Agreements

Digital Industries LLC offers executive and technical services including Fractional CTO leadership, self-hosted Gen-AI deployments, cloud architecture consulting on AWS and Microsoft Azure, and agentic AI automation.

  • Master Services Agreement (MSA) Precedence: Informational content on this Site does not constitute formal technical, architectural, or legal advice. Active client engagements are governed exclusively by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). In any conflict, the executed agreement governs.
  • Inquiries & Scoping: Submitting a project inquiry or contact request does not establish a formal fiduciary or consulting relationship until an engagement contract is signed by both parties.

3. Enterprise Data Sovereignty & Confidentiality

Data sovereignty and enterprise privacy are foundational principles at Digital Industries:

  • Zero Public Model Training: Client proprietary code, business logic, customer records, and internal documents processed through our self-hosted Gen-AI architectures are never ingested or used to train third-party public foundation models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Meta).
  • Cloud Isolation: All deployed client workloads operate strictly within the client's own cloud perimeter (e.g. AWS VPC, Azure VNet) utilizing private endpoints and role-based IAM policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software code—are the intellectual property of Digital Industries LLC or its licensors and are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

Third-party trademarks referenced on this website (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA, AMD, Amazon Web Services, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Azure, and GitHub) belong to their respective trademark holders and are utilized solely for technological identification and interoperability references.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
